1. Problem description
2. Probably cause
3. Countermeasure
4. Check impact

For every team and ask teams to study one problem a day.

Your challenge is to ask yourself how well people describe problems (gaps of performance explained by gaps in the process), analyse causes more deeply (gap to standard), find more clever countermeasures and check impact more thoughtfully.

From them on, identify a specific topic for each person on which they need technical development (and for which they compensate with what they already know) or whether they need help in learning to manage the organization.
